Description

Mission BBQ Parma blends hometown barbecue warmth with reliable catering and friendly service. Signature sauces and standout sides—smoked mac ’n’ cheese, baked beans and fresh-cut fries—complement brisket, pulled pork and sausage. Staff receive praise for exceptional event catering and customer care; practical touches include plentiful free parking, veteran spaces and ground-floor wheelchair access. Occasional issues reported: supply shortages (turkey), inconsistent meat quality and rare opening-time hiccups. Overall, approachable prices and a community-minded atmosphere make it a solid choice for casual meals and large gatherings.

Food is always good, service is phenomenal, and we love the theme. Seasonal dessert is a nice way to end your meal and the price is right. My favorite sauce is the Tupelo Heat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife ordered a smoked hamburger and fries i ordered a pulled pork sandwich and 2 sides Mac cheese and fries. My wife got her order but I didn't get mine. I asked about they couldn't find it. They finally gave it to but my pulled pork was just on the platter. I asked the matress if they could put it on bun. We'll as she took back i watched the guy at the counter were there was about 5 customers grab a bun and with his hand (yes he did have a glove on) and stuck my meat on it. Remind you ther was people less then 1 foot away from my food. I thought that very disgusting. I told the waitress, I had two managers come over and one said sorry and said I didn't pay for the pulled pork sandwich, it wasn't on my bill to begin with. WOW!! THEN HE CAME back and asked what happened. I explained the whole situation. He came back again and said the meal was on them. NOT THE POINT I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE!!! I TRIED TO PAY FOR AGAIN AND HE SAID THE REGISTER WILL NOT LET THEM RING IT AGAIN ONCE THEY GIVE A FREE MEAL AWAY. THE BIG MANAGER CAME OVER A LADY WHO WAS NICE AND I EXPLAINED TO TO HER. SAME THING TRIED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER MEAL.. By that time my wife was done eating. I told her to just toss my food that was like paying for my wife food. We even upgraded our pops to the trooper pop. I'll never go there again!!

Barbecue here is the best, I moved from Texas and it has been hard to find a good place that knows how to smoke brisket. This is place is as good as Texas brisket. The staff was so friendly and passed out samples at your table Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
