Dunkin' - Parma
Dunkin'
Description
This coffee shop experience proves to be a double-edged sword, with patrons reporting both positive and negative encounters. While many enjoy consistently delicious drinks like lattes and refreshers, the high prices have drawn scrutiny—$1.25 for oat milk feels excessive compared to nearby competitors. Service quality fluctuates; some staff deliver friendly, attentive service, while others exhibit rudeness or disregard. Additionally, issues with incorrect orders and unwelcoming atmospheres have left guests disappointed. Despite these inconsistencies, the establishment retains a loyal customer base, drawn in by those moments of excellent service and tasty beverages.

I don?t like to write bad reviews. But this location is horrible. I kept giving it a chance bc I understand how busy and overwhelming it can be but I went today I was as the first costumer at the speaker and my order was simple. I ordered 2 items. Asmall black iced tea with raspberry and a bagel with cream cheese. I get to the window the guy didn?t even greet me just told methe price it was 7.75 and i should have realized that it was wrong right then and there some lady hands me my bagel that waslitterly slopped together the cream cheese wasn?t even speeded out evenly it was so thick and gross and all over the side of thebagel. I get my drink and it?s a latte yea a LATTE with raspberry shots So i tell the guy that it?s incorrect that I ordered aIced tea like who would even put raspberry in coffee anyways but he was like that?s not what my screen says I?m like well Ididn?t order this sir I ordered a black iced tea with raspberry not a latte and he was so rude to me I ended up driving off.Very disappointing and embarrassing. I would like to get my money back and I?m calling corporate bc this isn?t the first time Ihad problems here.
My drink was surprisingly weak—though I ordered a large, I received a medium, and it was warm rather than hot. Is this supposed to be a raisin bagel with cream cheese? It felt like a disappointing waste of money. It’s frustrating because I can’t enjoy Dunkin’ anymore with the two nearby locations performing so poorly. I really don’t want to have to go back, but I will return and expect a much better experience next time!
I visited this donut shop—if we can call it that—around 3:45 PM. They’re supposed to be open until 8 PM, but when I arrived, I stood at the counter while three employees walked past me without acknowledging my presence. After a few minutes, a friendly employee finally came over to help me. However, when I inquired about the donut selection, I was met with a disappointing answer: what was available was a small selection of donuts that didn’t look appetizing at all. I asked where the rest of the donuts were, and I was told that this was all they had. As a business running a donut shop, I would think that having plenty of donuts would be a priority. When I questioned whether it was still considered a donut shop, a rather rude employee responded, "Well, it's Friday; what do you expect?" My response? I expect donuts in a donut shop!
They always seem to struggle with their coffee. Both of my cups tasted like diluted brew.
Typically, the service here is quite good and orders are fulfilled quickly. However, today I received a latte that was only half full, despite it costing $5! It was a disappointing change from their usual quality. The donuts are a bit crunchy around the edges, but that doesn't really ruin the experience. Overall, I would still consider coming back.
