Description

This restaurant delivers tasty food, friendly service, and excellent value, yet its limited vegan options might leave some diners wanting more. With only five dishes marked for vegans and no clear menu indicators, navigating the options can be challenging. While most dishes, like the masala, potato curry, sambar, and chutneys received praise for their flavor, some items—like the bhatoora—fell flat. The ambiance is spacious, often with ample seating available. Good customer service complemented the meal, although experiences varied with some interactions. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot for a satisfying meal, especially for non-vegan diners.

I remember that the menu only had 5 vegan options, which is quite limited. The vegan food tasted good, but the person I spoke with on the phone was rather rude.

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered yellow lentil soup, samosas (which came with two generous pieces), flatbread resembling tortillas, and rice. The customer service was outstanding - another staff member even assisted me in making my selections. Although it was a little odd when the first staff member asked me to sit at a smaller table for four instead of the larger table for eight that I had chosen, especially since I was the only one dining in at the time. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the service provided, and I was hoping for a busy rush to come in. LOL.

The restaurant offers good food, friendly service, and good value for money. However, there are limited vegan options available, and the menu was not clearly marked for vegans. Despite this, the server was accommodating and helped us order Bhatoora and Masala Dosa. The Bhatoora was disappointing, resembling deep-fried store-bought flour tortillas. The Masala Dosa was tasty but too crispy for my liking. The space is fairly large with a few empty tables. Overall, the masala, potato curry, sambar, and chutneys were all delicious.

Annapurna is one of our favorite Indian restaurants in the area. The food is excellent, but there are some caveats (see below). We regularly order the Kadai Paneer, Saag Paneer and Naan. Their Mango Lassi is also good. The prices are reasonable for what you get but the portions are also on the smaller side than typical for Indian for 2 adults we usually get 3 curries and a Naan and share it between the 2 of us (which is nice because you can try several dishes). The food is excellent. Here are some warnings before you go and also some updates of things that have changed in the last year or two:1) All the food is vegetarian. I'm not a vegetarian, but the food here is excellent so don't let that deter you.2) They ask you what heat level you want, but it will basically come out spicy no matter what you say I don't mind, but some things have been too spicy for my wife who has a moderate tolerance for spice. If you can't tolerate a bit of heat you might be disappointed periodically.3) You can now order and pay online! When you order you get a text message with your order number. I think this will help them a lot with some of the prior complaints other people have mentioned such as long waits for service, not being greated, etc.4)Someone greeted me right away when I came in, and the people who came in right after me were greeted immediately and had their order taken quickly.5) It looks like they are expanding the grocery area and working on having a dedicated dinning space for the restaurant, so hopefully that will be done soon!

Wish there was an option to give 0 star. The worst Indian restraunt in US.Poor Service, terrible food, unbearable wait time and unlimited arrogance towards customers is the USP of this restaurant owner and staff. Please don’t waste your time and money here. I don’t recommend this restaurant.Worst hospitality and dirty washrooms!I feel restaurant owner needs hospitality lessons first before running restaurant.Food served here is just junk nothing more than that.Food was so bad I could not even eat properly. So I thought of giving some feedback about food.I was politely mentioning but this man who thinks himself sort of king or what, was not even ready to listen at all.I have been to so many Indian restaurants across USA (east to west) but never experienced such arrogant attitude. If you are selling Indian cuisine please be genuine not fake dishes which you do not have knowledge not even spice levels. And atleast have the courtesy to accept the mistake rather than being arrogant. Most funny part is that there is no menu card, this guy brings some dirty old torn paper to scan which doesn’t work most of the time (might have been printed years back or so dirty) so that’s the level of restaurant, doesn’t even have proper menu card/paper to scan.
