The restaurant was very polite, tidy, and clean, and our subs were delicious, fresh, and well made. We give Parkes Subway a massive thumbs up and highly recommend it. We have not come across any other restaurant that deserves a 5-star rating like Parkes Subway does. Typically, we find others to be average with a 2-3 star rating.

We initially stopped at Forbes, but after waiting in a cramped and dirty store with inefficient staff, we decided to leave. The restaurant area at Parkes subway is clean and spacious, perfect for dining in.

I really loved the golden ceiling fans, which created a nice ambiance on a hot summer afternoon. The staff was so patient, helpful, and courteous. I ordered a footlong rye bread sub, and believe me, I have never eaten such a crunchy, seedy, and fresh bread. I am from Sydney and have been craving this taste for years. Nowhere in Sydney have I found anything that fresh and delicious. The filling was ample and fresh too. Though I asked them not to add carrot, it was there in the end, but it was all good—the taste was from heaven. I would definitely visit again next time I am in Parkes.
