We enjoyed our time. Service was a bit slow and I believe it was just bc they needed another server or possibly cook on hand. Our server was good, just had many tables
All my food was basically cold because they were sitting under a heat lamp and it took about minutes to get us some appetizers and then another minutes just to get our food but it took too long so we just wait it out and it was all terrible
Drinks were good, service was good and the food was good, I got the spicy fried chicken sandwich, I love spicy but this thing was over the top hot.
Drinks were a good deal. Had some appetizers and they were a bit salty but otherwise place was great!
The Upper Deck offers a mixed dining experience, with some diners experiencing long wait times, cold food, and poor service while others praise the atmosphere, food quality, and friendly service. Issues with reservations, slow drink service, and understaffing are mentioned. The general consensus seems to be that the restaurant has potential but needs to work on service efficiency and consistency to truly shine. Despite some shortcomings, the Upper Deck has loyal customers who appreciate the delicious food and inviting atmosphere, with hopes for improvement in the future.

The wait staff were having a staff meeting in the middle of dinner service, leaving us to wait a long time for drinks and food orders. Orders were wrong with zero apologies. It was the worst service the 6 of us have ever had. Will not return to the Upper Deck.
We done here often and always enjoy it. The food is really good, service is perfect. I love the sunset views and casual tavern atmosphere.
The food was fantastic and the service was excellent! We will definitely return to enjoy the spacious outdoor seating area.
The food and drinks took an excessively long time to arrive. When my meal finally came, it was cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The appetizer also arrived at the same time and was cold as well.

I came here with 3 other girl friends around 7:30pm on a Friday night. We sat there for 1 hour before anyone came to our table. We had no water nothing. Once a waiter did come to us, things got even worse. It took so long for the drinks and food to come. Once the food finally arrived, we were given no silverware. We finally had to go up to the front of the restaurant to ask for them and was given some plastic forks! The waiter realized we have had the worst service and said we would get a discount on our bill which didn’t happen so we asked to speak to the manager. I usually don’t do this but this was the worse dinning experience of my life. (I wish I were exaggerating! We were very polite but explained our experience. The manager said to us “well it looks like you are all your food” in a very condescending way. She also said “you could have come and gotten our attention” as if this was all our fault. Anyways, there were lots of other tables having terrible service as well. One table had a piece of plastic from a cheese slice cooked into her burger. They weren’t quite as nice as us and they got in a big fight with the manager. I think she called the cops on them. Such a shame as the roof top location is cool and Parker needs some good places but this one is just not it!
Fantastic spot to enjoy a drink and delicious food. The views are breathtaking!
I visited on a Tuesday at 5:30 PM. The view of the sky was stunning, and the food was incredibly fresh! The breeze was gentle and warm, making for a lovely evening.
Delicious food, amazing ambiance and music! The patio is beautiful and peaceful! Definitely check it out!

Food is always cold when it comes out. Ordered a burger cooked medium, 30 minutes later it came out well done and cold. Sent it back and asked for medium again and a warmer patty and 40 minutes later it came out over cooked again. Won?t be returning aswe?ve given this place multiple chances. It?s really a shame because it?s a great outdoor rooftop space.
Went there for my birthday dinner, sat at the bar, not very busy, nice atmosphere, messed up my order, gave it to another table, who thanked me for the chicken, she didn?t order hers with chicken. Finally got it, after over 20 minutes. Was full on fries bythe time my salad got there. My husband loved his jalapeño popper burger. Then got charged twice on the bill for my salad.Might return, but not a good first impression.????
Burgers are above average. I like the fish taco more. The biggest problem is parking the valet parking acquires most parking spot.
Let me first start off by saying that we love local business and support them any time that we can. We really want Upper Deck to succeed so the purpose of this feedback is not to scare anyone off but for Upper Deck to take from and improve. With that said, let 's get on with it! PRO 's: GREAT location. Wow, this is probably one of the best views in Parker. Come here before thesunset and sit on the patio with a drink and your partner by your side. Friendly staff! Bartender knows how to pour a drink.Too many times, drinks are over poured. I ordered a Vodka Tonic and she ordered an Old Fashioned. Both were perfectly made. Patio area is fun and has great views. There are outdoor games with both sunny areas and shade for whatever you are in the moodfor. Sweet potato fries are ON POINT. CON 's: Parking is slim pickin ' around here. Good luck. Kitchen seems slow even whenonly about 50% capacity. It 's expensive for the food being offered. Has nothing to do with baseball. Upper Deck apparentlyjust means, a deck on the upper level. (Probably a missed opportunity here if you 're paying attention. Kitchen seems to beserving frozen food. We 're not sure where they are getting the pork. It seems prepackaged. Honestly, I would source it fromBig Jim but what do I know? Our Starter: Jalapeno Poppers: I 'm not pulling any punches here. These looked and tasted justlike Ched 'R ' Peppers you get from Sonic. When I ordered, I imagined that I was getting actual jalapeno peppers stuffed withcream cheese. You are getting something probably frozen instead. My Main Order: Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with sweetpotato fries: I really wish I had ordered a burger but I didn 't. Instead I opted for the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich whichwas served open faced on texas toast with house cole slaw. The chicken had flavor and was a good level of spice and the houseslaw was good but it was only about a table spoon and I was left wanting more. Lastly, the fried chic
We first looked at reviews. Then we tried to make reservations through open table. It said there was nothing available. We were already there so we tried a walk-in and got right in. There are no reservations. Anyway they are trying to work out those issueswith Open Table. The drinks were excellent and not watered down. Jose waited on us and was also our awesome bartender. Finally,Parker has a burger place that knows how to prepare a delicious American favorite. We also had the Jalapeño poppers. All wasfantastic and the service was equally as good. Any restaurant has issues when they first open but come on Parker, show somelove. It?s a bit pricey but good food and atmosphere should be. Enjoy!!
