Orders were wrong with zero apologies. It was the worst service the 6 of us have ever had. Will not return to the Upper Deck.

Food is always cold when it comes out. Ordered a burger cooked medium, 30 minutes later it came out well done and cold. Sent it back and asked for medium again... read more Food is always cold when it comes out. Ordered a burger cooked medium, 30 minutes later it came out well done and cold. Sent it back and asked for medium again and a warmer patty and 40 minutes later it came out over cooked again. Won?t be returning aswe?ve given this place multiple chances. It?s really a shame because it?s a great outdoor rooftop space.

Was full on fries bythe time my salad got there. My husband loved his jalapeño popper burger. Then got charged twice on the bill for my salad.Might return, but not a good first impression.????
