We have been coming her for 16 years. Today was the last. You might educate your staff on what tipping is for. We are not here to supplement the employers employee fees. The quality of the bagel sandwiches has dropped off significantly. So sad

However, it turned out to be about 98% egg and just 2% onion. Honestly, paying $15 for what felt like a super hot log of eggs was quite disappointing.

Me and my girlfriend have been going here for the past 2 years and we came here for breakfast they said they were out out every bagel aside from the cinnamon ba... read more Me and my girlfriend have been going here for the past 2 years and we came here for breakfast they said they were out out every bagel aside from the cinnamon bagel not a problem totally get it. So we ordered a full locks of bagel and a big old with French cream cheese on it for my girlfriend and we go to the window they hand me my bagel and just a cup of cream cheese and say have a good day after the man who cashed me out was just messing with his hair in front of us and they're both drinking at the window and then I proceeded to ask them about the second bagel and they said that they typed it in wrong and just rang up some cream cheese and they proceeded to give us a bag of regular bagels in a bag of raisin bagels after saying they were all out of bagels. So the service was awful and the kids running the drive thru were not very considerate the girl that gave us the bags of bagels just laughed when we asked about the second bagel. And the boy who cashed us out just put his hand all up in his hair like bruh that's just gross no and proceeded to talk with the girl that laughed at us and drink they're Dutch bros in front of the window terrible
