His dishes blend French, African, and Japanese flavors with incredible creativity. Unfamiliar yet amazing spices, surprising yet perfectly balanced combinations. Each dish is a burst of flavor. The young chef lives up to his reputation: talented, inspired, and generous in his work. A true gem.

I'm not usually much of a dessert person, but here, I absolutely loved the chef's three creations, all of them quite surprising. We'll definitely be back. The only downside: it's very, very difficult to book a table
