This gave me an additional... read more I had a full flex ticket but was unable to change it due to a lunch break of the only person responsible for the respective counter. This gave me an additional 90 minutes in Paris and yes, it was lunch time. So what to...do? Have lunch myself! In one of the quieter side streets close to Gare du Nord I came accross Boua Thai. 14 EUR for a 3 course meal. Deal I thought and entered. It offers a nice, relaxed atmosphere, a quick service, small attentions (such as a small warm and perfumed towel before the meal is served). The best in my view was the starter, a nice soup. The main course was rather small. The dessert a simple flan. Still, for that price, in Paris, a good deal, especially if you need to wait anyhow and have nothing better to do. Very friendly service comes at no extra cost, which is also not always guaranteed in the city of love! If I would return? Why not? There are many more combinations to be tried out for 14 EUR!
