He was in his restaurant, cooking, which is rare. He is also very nice. We had a really lovely dinner. The sea bream for 2 was out of this world with very nice sides (the potatoes were delicious). The banana cake was to die for. We had a very nice rosé wine suggested by the Chef. Cannot wait to come back.
