Sang's Kitchen
Description
Sang's Kitchen, a bustling food-court stall inside H-Mart, serves generous, wallet-friendly Korean comfort food—standouts include a soul-warming ginseng chicken soup, bulgogi and ramen. Portions are large and well-packed with banchan, but quality is inconsistent: some dishes arrive overly sweet, oily, or with tough or dry meats, and occasional service/freshness issues have been reported. Ideal for casual takeout with friends or families seeking value; order selectively if you prefer precise spice levels or tender proteins.

I ordered bibimbap, and I found the main dish to be excessively sweet due to an overwhelming amount of sugar. If this is intentional, then they are not serving authentic Korean cuisine; if it's unintentional, it suggests a lack of proper culinary skills.
Worst place and service. I placed my order by the numbers on the description to avoid any confusion and yet the OWNER or manager of the place still gave me the wrong item. If they had a 0 stars that is exactly what he would get. Then I told him that I didn’t order what he had given me and he went on talking about how I need to listen and that is what I had ordered. He continued mocking me and telling his employees things about how I needed to listen. What a bad sense of customer service this person has and he is teaching the staff to act the same. I will never purchase anything from there again and I hope others don’t go through the nonsense I went through because it was so disrespectful and childish on his part. He even started talking to his Spanish speaking staff in Spanish as if that would change the ridiculous attitude he had. God forbid anyone insults his background, then he would be super offended. Never have I felt so disgusted to order from a place.
Came here for lunch with a friend. Ordered the spicy chicken and cheese set. The chicken was mildly spicy with lots of cheese and onions. It came with a bowl of rice, miso soup, side dishes of radish, seaweed, and fish cake. My friend got rice cake and dumpling ramen. Noodle was great but the rice cake was overly sweet. The portions were large and good for the price.
Donkatsu 4 stars, but rice cake 3 stars too sweet and gochujang flavor was too overpowering. Overall not bad for a little eatery inside a grocery store. Will probably come back to try other dishes!
Ordered pork cutlet, was disgusting it did not taste fresh, was dry, meat was discolored, and it was shriveled looking. tried to get a refund and the employee stated I cant give you a refund because it 's already been made and you ate it (literally my husband and I had a bite each). he also proceeded to tell me that the dish is fresh and only made 2 3 days ago...also the miso soup smells and tastes like some kind of chemical.disgusting.
