My supposed cheese-crusted quesadilla was rubbery and flavorless, resembling an overcooked frozen quesadilla from the store. They forgot the queso for my bland chips and didn't provide enough guacamole for the quesadillas. To top it off, I was supposed to get a fountain drink, but they placed the empty cup at the bottom of the bag, where we couldn’t see it. No one mentioned the drink to my parents, so I ended up with a nearly empty cup—there was even a short black hair at the bottom, which made me throw it away. The only consistent thing about Qdoba is their reliability; their quality hasn’t changed in years, for better or worse.
This location has gone downhill. The food used to be flavorful and fresh. At my most recent visit, the queso was bland and cold. The beans were also bland. The food wasn't fresh.
I had the Impossible Fajita Bowl, and it was the best plant-based option I've ever had! As someone who's new to plant-based eating, I found it incredibly enjoyable.
Took a few bowls home for dinner. White rice, chicken, steak and birria brisket. The steak was way over cooked ,chewy, flavorless. The chicken was seasoned but rubbery. The birria brisket? stringy mess. Guacamole, completely flavorless ?basically mushed avocado. The onions and fajita vegetables were good. I give credit that this bowl actually held up texturally. We picked it up, brought it home , unpacked all the groceries and did a few things around the house before eating and theyremained warm and crunchy. For fast food, not terrible, just flavorless. There is certainly worse out there.
Absolutely terrible, my family and I ordered through the app and the only thing they got right were the tortilla salad bowls. Everything else Qdobas seem to be really bad at making. I haven't been to a Qdoba in years mainly because the one closest to ushad nobody who spoke english working there and the employees couldn't understand me and kept messing up my order. That placeeventually closed down and I was trying to be more optimistic about this one, but apparently not much has change. My supposedlycheese crusted quesadilla was rubbery and bland like an overmicrowaved frozen store bought quesadilla, they forgot queso for mybland chips, and they don't even give you enough guacamole for your quesadillas. ????And last but not least, I was supposed toget a fountain drink, but they placed the empty cup in the bag close to the bottom where we couldn't see it and no one remindedmy parents about a fountain drink being included, so I ended up with an empty cup,... well almost empty, a short black hair wasin it at the bottom, so I just threw it away. I guess the one good thing you can rely on Qdobas is they never change, so younever have to question if they get better or worse because their quality still has stayed the same for years.
