Sorry to say that this location was so understaffed that the wait was insane inside with nobody taking orders at the register for the first 10 min we were there. The drive thru line was backed up, too. I have worked in fast food management and this was definitely not the staff's fault. I don't know if they can't find enough help, if multiple people called in sick, or if the manager just doesn't know how to schedule, but if they don't do something soon, I believe much of the staff they do have will leave out of frustration. My coffee was hot and my doughnut was fresh, so if you do go here, please give the staff a break.
Order ahead. The customer service can be good here, but they should greet their customers. I found myself saying hello while just getting stared at. The coffee has a very bland taste as well. The location is very convenient, but know what to expect from this Dunkins.
It's Dunkin' plain and
This store has successfully helped me rid myself of a bad daily spending habit. Thanks to this store, I no longer patron any DD facilities. There is like one guy there that is good the rest are junk, such a shame.
