Regardless, you might want to check it out for yourself; maybe my experience was just an isolated incident.

The service is also poor... read more Lately, I've noticed that Dunkin' locations are lacking in freshness; their donuts often taste like they've been sitting out for a day. The service is also poor. When I order coffee with two creams and one sugar, I don't appreciate being served something that's light with way too much sugar, making it undrinkable and my money feel wasted. I've been trying to avoid Dunkin' when possible, even opting for gas stations where I can make my coffee just the way I like it.

Other Dunki... read more I was quite disappointed to find out you no longer provide Sweet 'n Low. I only realized this when I got to the drive-thru window to place my order. Other Dunkin' locations still carry it. It would have been better if I had been informed about this while ordering, rather than afterward.
