My absolute favorite dunkin in the area! Food is always hot and ready to go. Drinks are always delicious. Customer service is perfect! Went there this morning and an older, short, heavy set, Indian man was working. He was being rude to his employees as we were waiting and could hear everything. He was rude and rushing us to order and when we asked flavors he didn't tell us. Then when we got our old foam coffee there was no cold foam on it. Then when we got our frozen coffee there was no whip cream or drizzle on it. I asked yall don't do cold foam or whip cream or drizzle here? He said no why would I put it on there when people ask to take it off. It's not a big deal if you want it you should have asked for it. I said no that's how they are supposed to be made. We have been to 4 other dunkin donuts and we do not have to ask. They ask as that's how it's supposed to be made. He says do you want it or not I said not now you're rude . I then called and reported the store to corporate and she said I am absolutely correct it's supposed to be made that way. Now the owner is calling me back. We will never go there again. Rude as hell
