I visit this restaurant's drive-thru every morning and the service from employees is always excellent. However, my only complaint is that most days I arrive at 4:50 am since they open at 5 am. Unfortunately, the restaurant often doesn't open until 5:15 am. My wife has a business and I believe that if you advertise certain opening hours, you should stick to them. View all feedback.

The customer service at this restaurant in the afternoon is very poor and rude. However, the morning crew is better than the night crew most of the time, so I prefer to go in the morning. They need to hire more positive workers and dismiss those who do not care about their job or the customers. Two coffee's and donuts while on the road. Yummy ? donuts great coffee.
Have purchase coffee and food items during both the AM and PM shifts at this particular store and have found that the AM crew gets it right every time! PM crew has not gotten my order correct the 3 last times. Yesterday, I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and got home to find NO CRM CHZ. Again. OK. Not the end of the world but how hard is this order? Take that split second to get it right. They always seem unfriendly or upset on that 2nd shift too. Very little thank you from the face in the window. AM always says TY! That's your sales force snarling at customers and not thanking them. Hope this helps.
Great coffee! Service was fast. Very attentive. Good location. Visible from main road and easy to get there. Parking adequate. Nice store.
It was a disappointing experience at the restaurant when the staff member at the register could not understand or communicate in English with the customers. The only positive aspect was the availability of a Tesla supercharger.
