I ordered a cake for my birthday celebration yesterday cause this year I can't go any where being pregnant with triplets or do much. They messed up thedates and didn't do a refund. They only offered a cake out of the freezer that was the same price. (Which was not the flavor icecream I wanted) My brother was the one to go pick it up for me and they didn't care and were rude so he took the cake. (Whichwhen he got it home the cake part of it tasted freezer burnt) When I called the Manger today to explain that the cake I gotwasn't good at all and I spent so much on... she didn't care and said oh well you brother took the cake. She was extremely rudeand snotty to me. (So she did nothing for me) Now a days people have no customer service at all. With how expensive things arenow why would you run off your business. Idk but they lost me as a customer. This is the cake they gave us... a father's daygrill cake I'd rate there cake and customer service a 0.

The manager, Kelly, told me she sh... read more I went to the Painted Post Baskin Robbins at 6:45pm on 1/25/21. I asked for an upside down banana split in the drive through. The manager, Kelly, told me she she couldn 't understand how to make it and asked me to pull around. I pulled around andexplained to Kelly two times how to make it, she stared at me blankly and said she has never heard of an upside down bananasplit and REFUSED to make it. I told her my sister went through the drive through last evening and ordered 3. Again, Kelly themanager looked at me blankly and said well how do I put the bananas in there? Again I explained how to make it, she REFUSEDto make it. For the record, I went there last night to get one after seeing the ones my sister had, they were out of bananas. This store is OBVIOUSLY not well managed. RUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don 't eat at this place.

I visited on 7/20/22 around 5:30 pm... read more The staff at Baskin-Robbins were the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I wish I could give negative points for customer service. I visited on 7/20/22 around 5:30 pm and ordered a brownie sundae, but the woman in charge couldn’t understand my order and made three mistakes before finally getting it right. On top of that, she acted as if I was to blame for her not listening properly. I would let go of an employee like that immediately. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
