Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the rude service from a waitress who was a white girl with black hair and makeup. I ordered a drink with two shots and she asked if I wanted whipped cream, to which I replied yes. However, when the drink arrived, there were no shots and no whipped cream. It felt like she was being discriminatory, especially since I had already informed her about my hearing impairment.

Meanwhile,... read more After receiving the wrong order, I tried to complete the payment on the screen, but another staff member refused, saying she hadn’t taken our order. Meanwhile, the original server hid behind the counter and told the other staff to say there was nothing more they could do, even though the screen still showed options for tipping and signing. This made me question how many people might have unknowingly tipped and signed without their consent. I won’t be coming back, and I advise everyone to always finish their own transactions to avoid possible scams. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
