While many customers rave about the exceptional quality of the coffee and the warm interactions with the daytime staff, experiences with service, particularly during the night shift, often fall short. Complaints of overcharging and incorrect orders tarnish the restaurant’s reputation, leading some regulars to question the integrity of their transactions. Although the atmosphere receives average ratings, the dedication of certain employees shines through, leaving some customers hopeful for improvements. Overall, while the coffee may be legendary, the inconsistent service has left many hesitant to return.
I had a wonderfully tasty chocolate iced mocha at this restaurant! The barista was friendly and accommodating. I would give the service a perfect 5 out of 5.
The morning staff is always fantastic. They prepare our drinks perfectly and shower our dog with love, giving him pup cups! These ladies put in a lot of effort and never seem to dislike their job.
I challenge anyone who reads this; when you visit this Bigfoot Java location, be and upbeat and kind as you possibly can be. Treat these girls like they were your sisters and friends. Every time I go to this location, everyone seems sad and frustrated or angry. Obviously I don't know the reasons why, and im not assuming it it because of the customers, but either way, a person who is struggling with anger or sadness needs love and kindness to combat these feelings. Coffee is good.
I'm fully deaf but have a cochlear implant, so I can hear somewhat. Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the rude service from a waitress who was a white girl with black hair and makeup. I ordered a drink with two shots and she asked if I wanted whipped cream, to which I replied yes. However, when the drink arrived, there were no shots and no whipped cream. It felt like she was being discriminatory, especially since I had already informed her about my hearing impairment.
