I usually don't finish my drink in th... read more Today I went to my usual GC location Parkland WA at 9ish am and I ordered my usual, A hot white chocolate mocha with whip. I usually don't finish my drink in the morning so after lunch today I go and warm up my coffee and when I took off the lid I see a white circle floating around. I initially thought it was whip cream as it bunches up sometimes and when I go and touch it, it was a cap of almond milk which is funny cause I didn't get almond milk.I tried to call the location and there mailbox was full tried a few more locations and same thing. So I tried corporate and still nothing.Just the thought of how many people touched that lid to the milk has me disgusted.

Employees don't try to even offer an empty box to put drinks in. all they seem to care about is wearing scandalous gym clothes and flirting with the guys in drive thru to get tips. this has been going on for months. It seems to me that your employees are trying to be bikini baristas. Time to go to another coffee place..

The one on Mile Hill Drive plays music on outside speakers loud enough to hear a block away, which seems really unnecessary. There are houses within that block. Isn't there enough noise pollution in the world?
