The morning staff is always fantastic. They prepare our drinks perfectly and shower our dog with love, giving him pup cups! These ladies put in a lot of effort and never seem to dislike their job.
I'm fully deaf but have a cochlear implant, so I can hear somewhat. Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the rude service from a waitress who was a white girl with black hair and makeup. I ordered a drink with two shots and she asked if I wanted whipped cream, to which I replied yes. However, when the drink arrived, there were no shots and no whipped cream. It felt like she was being discriminatory, especially since I had already informed her about my hearing impairment.
I usually go to the bigfoot in federal way, but due to time I went to this bigfoot, once I got here The girl who took my order had an attitude, was more of in a rush to finish my order was not listening, I had to keep repeating myself, drinks were notmade well will not be coming back
Great coffee, good service and not over priced
The staff was friendly and attentive, and they suggested a drink that beautifully complemented my meal!

After receiving the wrong order, I tried to complete the payment on the screen, but another staff member refused, saying she hadn’t taken our order. Meanwhile, the original server hid behind the counter and told the other staff to say there was nothing more they could do, even though the screen still showed options for tipping and signing. This made me question how many people might have unknowingly tipped and signed without their consent. I won’t be coming back, and I advise everyone to always finish their own transactions to avoid possible scams. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t like that they hold onto your card while handing you the payment pad. If this is the procedure, they should at least keep the card visible while you’re using the pad. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I challenge anyone who reads this; when you visit this Bigfoot Java location, be and upbeat and kind as you possibly can be. Treat these girls like they were your sisters and friends. Every time I go to this location, everyone seems sad and frustrated or angry. Obviously I don't know the reasons why, and im not assuming it it because of the customers, but either way, a person who is struggling with anger or sadness needs love and kindness to combat these feelings. Coffee is good.
Love the coffee. Wish the prices could be a little cheaper. Friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: They always give free mini lollipops to the kids.
The food is always amazing at this restaurant. I just wish they would bring back the original recipe for the yetticicle drink. The new recipe is not as good. Overall, I would still give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.
I'm terrible with names but early every morning when I stop in (4/430am-ish) the girl who's usually there, greets me and literally knows everything about me. My drink, always asks if I'm having a treat or not and knows the ones I like and has gone as far as remembering my for rewards. She is amazing and wish more people had customer service like hers!
Heather.... cant say enough for this lady! Super fast and friendly! Was nothing but professional and I have never had anyone make my coffee to perfection the way she does. I visit there every Sunday and will continue to do so becuase of her! P.s. I live in Hobart Issaquah so yes..... I will drive this far for this kind of quality and service ?

The baristas here are incredibly friendly, and they serve the best drinks in the area.
It used to be a Starbucks fanatic. Not anymore. Bigfoot prices are great. Coffee is very delicious. The staff is always polite.
I received the friendliest service I've ever experienced here. The staff is incredibly patient and excellent at making suggestions. My advice for guests is to try to visit when the same baristas are working; you’ll likely get to know their preferences and tastes, and no matter who you get, they’re all fantastic!
