Meanwhile, the original server hid behind the counter and told the other staff to say there was nothing more they could do, even though the screen still showed options for tipping and signing. This made me question how many people might have unknowingly tipped and signed without their consent. I won’t be coming back, and I advise everyone to always finish their own transactions to avoid possible scams. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Treat these girls like they were yo... read more I challenge anyone who reads this; when you visit this Bigfoot Java location, be and upbeat and kind as you possibly can be. Treat these girls like they were your sisters and friends. Every time I go to this location, everyone seems sad and frustrated or angry. Obviously I don't know the reasons why, and im not assuming it it because of the customers, but either way, a person who is struggling with anger or sadness needs love and kindness to combat these feelings. Coffee is good.

My drink, always asks if I'm having a treat or not and knows the ones I like and has gone as far as remembering my for rewards. She is amazing and wish more people had customer service like hers!

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the rude service from a waitress who was a white girl with black hair and makeup. I ordered a drink with two shots and she asked if I wanted whipped cream, to which I replied yes. However, when the drink arrived, there were no shots and no whipped cream. It felt like she was being discriminatory, especially since I had already informed her about my hearing impairment.
