It was so flat I couldn't even tell what was inside except... read more I was so disappointed in the food that was delivered. The 1/2 steak and cheddar sandwich was a joke! It was so flat I couldn't even tell what was inside except for 2 small pieces of beef sticking out. Both pieces of bread were literally closed. Obviously,the portion sizes have been drastically cut while prices have risen. The almond chicken salad 1/2 sandwich looked fine withlettuce and tomato sticking from the bread. Chicken salad tasted good but, again, portion size had been cut. The salad did noteven cover the entire bottom half of the sandwich. Turkey chili tasted delicious but it was difficult to find any ground turkey.It was all beans. 2 pieces of baguette were put loose in the large paper bag. They were not wrapped nor placed in acontainer. The $7+ drink I ordered was not delivered and yes I am getting a refund for that through Grubhub. Flatbread pizza wasthe only part of the dinner we enjoyed. $51 spent (not counting the beverage refund) and such a disappointment! Not the Paneraof a year or so ago. Not sure if I'll ever return. I gave this food 2 stars and yet after I posted it showed 4 stars with anumerical value of 3.8???????? So I edited and added this.

Our group stopped on our way to Army National Guard training and she gave us the best customer service. Her professionalism and customer care were beyond reproach. We will becoming back just to see her again!
