What Gwendolyn Boyle doesn't like about Arby's:
Well, to put it frankly, the experience was something to be forgotten. A drink tray apparently is one of those things that's mystical, magical, and overly difficult to find. To say the least don't ask them to operate the thing for you it seems to be a tad confusing. Add to that, the genius working drive-through that does not need to work anywhere. The driver was a little aggressive. look at the menu and ask all couple seconds when we need help to find something.
Went to drive thru, workers was cussing while taking my money and while handing me my food. I had my 5 year old with me who heard everything they said.
