Well, to put it frankly, the experience was something to be forgotten. A drink tray apparently is one of those things that's mystical, magical, and overly difficult to find. To say the least don't ask them to operate the thing for you it seems to be a tad confusing. Add to that, the genius working drive-through that does not need to work anywhere. I absolutely love the French dip sandwiches at Arby's. I have never been disappointed here. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Tamone was very knowledgeable in explaining why the name Shawn can be spelled Sean. He was a great dude.
I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich but received a classic roast beef instead. Every time I visit this restaurant, my order is always messed up or missing something. It seems like the staff there doesn't listen to my orders properly and they fail to check the bag to ensure the right sandwich is inside. I have only encountered this problem at the Arby’s on Villa Point. My family and friends who have also dined there have experienced similar issues with their orders.
The drive-thru experience was delightful and the food was very enjoyable.
The driver was a little aggressive. look at the menu and ask all couple seconds when we need help to find something.
