I visited for the first time this afternoon to pick up dinner for my family. Having never tried Chick-fil-A before, I spontaneously decided to give it a chance. While I found my meal a bit pricey, the other meals for the family were reasonably priced. The food exceeded my expectations—hot, fresh, and delicious. I also want to commend your staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and our order was prepared quickly, ev... View all feedback.
What Whitney Watson doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
This is easily the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. I've been there several times, and each time the customer service has been lacking. The drive-thru staff have been the rudest I've encountered. Additionally, they frequently mess up my order. I realize this is the only Chick-fil-A in Owensboro and they might be overwhelmed, but they really need to improve! View all feedback.

The food is fantastic. I really enjoy dining at Chick-fil-A, but almost every time I go through the drive-thru, I request extra sauce. However, the same staff member always checks my bag and responds that there is already some in there, as if that’s sufficient. I’ve even tried ordering extra sauce in advance, but I'm still not receiving it. The receipt indicates that I should get 8 packets, but I only end up with 6. It's becoming quite frustrating. If a customer is asking for extra sauce and is willing to pay for it, they should receive it.
The food, the service, and associates were as usual second to none . Best place to eat in Owensboro!
Do they still hate trans people ? I ate there because of that honey pepper pimento sandwich... It was AMAZING and the staff treated me well
I requested four Chick-fil-A sauces, but the representative informed me that there was a shortage. I offered to pay for the sauces, but was told that wasn't an option and that I could instead purchase a bottle of sauce. I agreed, only to get home and find that I received the wrong bottle. In my view, it shouldn't matter if there's a shortage; if a customer asks for something that is available, it should be provided. It's like going to a car dealership, asking for a Camry, and being told you can't have it because they only have a few in stock. Or trying to buy an iPhone and being told you can't because there are only a couple left in the store. This should be a first-come, first-served situation. Instead, I felt forced to pay for a bottle, only to find out it wasn't what I wanted when I got home.
