Less busy than other Tim Hortons, so they tend to have some products until later in the day. I've been there twice, the staff has been friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge of how/what to order at Tim Hortons.Drinks and food tend to be too sweet at these stores in general, that is a shame as people might go more often if everything wasn't so sweet. This location has always seemed very nice and clean in the past. Was very disappointed on this visit. We were able to order drinks but when we asked for food (around 1 pm) was told they were not serving food because their manager wasn't there but then proceeded to provide food for the person behind us. Bathroom was very messy and overall very disappointed with the experience. View all feedback.
To be honest, I only had the poutine at the restaurant next door, but the coffee here is good.
The staff at this restaurant works hard, but they struggle to fulfill phone orders quickly, especially during the morning rush. It is evident that there is a need for at least 2 more employees to handle the workload effectively. This issue reflects poor management.
Constantly messing up orders, refuses to remake the mistaken order.I’ve seen them be extremely rude to customers and deny service to people for no apparent reason.
If you order anything baked, like a donut or muffin, and you do a mobile order, you'll often wait a very long time. The cashiers who are in charge of the baked gods don't seem to serve them for mobile orders. Every time I go, they get my coffee ready on time but I have to wait for my muffin/bagel/donut. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I try to flag a cashier down and ask them for my order. TL:DR: Slow mobile orders.
