The Loft Board Game Lounge - Ottawa

We had an amazing time, the food was pretty good too, just wish there were a couple more options. If you're a picky eater you may have a harder time finding something to eat! But it's still pretty good!

My boyfriend and I came to Ottawa on holiday (we are from England) and we came across The Loft. They were having a super geek-quiz when we arrived (it was a Monday evening), we were a little late to join in with that - but there was a great buzz.The waitress asked us if we wanted to play video games (5.50cad each), so we played Mario Kart (drinking games) for about 3 hours! After that we played about 5 games from the board games wall and got super merry. We didn't eat anything, but honestly, we had the best night - would highly recommend.

I found The Loft to be reasonably sized, with easy to view and find games, which were well categorized. The staff were attentive and helpful, the food was well prepared (I'm not sure what they did to the nachos, but they were the best I've had in memory) and at a decent price. The atmosphere was attractive and well laid out.

I love going here with my friends and always spend hours playing different games. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. Its a great place for families, dates or just friends hanging out.

Great place to spend an afternoon!! Lots of games to choose from and the staff are very helpful! There is a small charge per person. Although we did not eat, the food looked and smelled delicious
