The worst !Beef in sandwich was 1/2 content all burnt end pcs no slices. no sauce. butter pacs were broken or reused with butter all over items. Spring rolls were so thin- less filling. 5 donuts instead of 6. Be warned -if something is wrong they do NOT resend nor refund delivery fee /tip .

I haven't ordered from this restaurant in a while, but I usually do it online. This time, when checking my bill, I noticed there was a $4 processing fee. I feel like this is a dishonest practice and not something I would expect from a reputable establishment.

We had to try this Canadian chain since we are visiting from the US. It's pretty good with good size portions. Alcoholic drinks are priced very reasonably. The food is average. The ribs and chicken are tender and fall off the bone.,

Update: More than a week ago, I was asked some questions and told I would hear back in a few days. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything. It's disappointing and makes me question why bother asking for feedback in the first place.

Generally enjoy this place but my recent delivery order was a train-wreck. The restaurant was about 14 blocks from my place but, when the food was picked-up the driver went in the opposite direction and made multiple drop-offs in west-vanier and downtown before gradually making their way back to the place that was practically viewing distance of the restaurant. Had a discussion with the delivery driver and it seems that their delivery system is woefully inadequate.
