1st time to Ottawa and 1st time to Swiss Chalet. Friendly staff and very clean. Wife had Chicken, shrimp and rice, I had Beef Kaiser and Fries, It was very tasty and good value. We came back the following night and I had what my wife had the previous night and she had a Chicken Wrap and Salad. Again, great value and very tasty.

The chicken is good but the fries are great. I wish they had a salad bar, like Scores. Service though is hit and miss. Always full.

Swiss Chalet in Ottawa offers delicious and reasonably priced meals with friendly staff and a very clean environment. The Chicken, shrimp, and rice dish and Beef Kaiser with Fries were both tasty and a great value. The restaurant is a great spot to bring family and friends, with a varied selection of menu items. While it can be noisy during dinner time, visiting after 7:30 p.m. can provide a more peaceful environment. The service can be inconsistent, but the chicken is always tasty, and the fries are phenomenal. Overall, Swiss Chalet is a great choice for a satisfying meal with loved ones.
