Scotty's Corner Diner - Ottawa

Scotty's is a nice, clean little spot that has amazing breakfast and excellent, casual diner style lunch and dinner.There is really something for everyone here; thick sandwiches, crunchy salads, pasta, great fries and fantastic pizzas. There are also a few really superior desserts.You will not be disappointed

They were very accommodating, I was able to get tomato instead of toast and the omelet was excellent!

We have been here for breakfast and for dinner. The meals are always good. The portions are generous and the staff is very pleasant. It's not a huge restaurant around 40 people would fill it.

We visited this diner for brunch around 11.30 to find it quite quiet. Within an hour every table was taken and there was a line up ..... by the way, this was a weekday, not Friday or the weekend. We soon saw why. The waitress was super friendly and it seemed to run throughout the staff, at one point a lady was approaching the diner using a walker, the chef dashed from behind the counter, burst out through the fire door and let the lady enter through there, rather than navigate two doors! That's the kind of service that leaves a great impression. The food was great, well presented, good value for the money and served well. The choice was good, quite varied with an all day breakfast and all very reasonably priced. We'll definitely return as there is ample parking and easy access.

An awesome find for great food and amazing staff. On a recent visit to Ottawa with my family, we were looking for a breakfast spot. With a fluke turn, we ended up at Scotty's Corner Diner. Service and food were so amazing, we also ate there the next morning. Our server was so good, we followed her directions to her second restaurant location for supper.
