Pizza Pizza - Ottawa

I was not at the door to pick up my food, but it was placed nicely at the front of the restaurant.

I absolutely love the pizza at this restaurant! The toppings and the way they make the pizza are both outstanding. They always add the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The delivery is quick with no delays. This place might even be better than the pizza at the Barrhaven location. Honestly, I have no complaints about this place.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the buffalo chicken poutine, but the slices of chicken looked old and there was a clear language barrier with the employee. Despite her best efforts, there was very little cheese and gravy, no banana peppers, and the fries were overcooked. However, I did enjoy the buffalo sauce. When I asked about the lack of chicken, the employee shrugged it off. Overall, it was a laughable experience.

Definitely a language barrier and 100% not trained staff. Took the guy about 10 minutes to punch in three medium pizzas. Staff doesn’t know how to make a Hawaiian and you have to tell them. Then they proceed to forget the pineapples after they make it. I knew something was up when they didn’t show the box. Luckily, I opened the box and checked, and they were indeed missing pineapples. When I told the cook, she told me pineapples go on a Hawaiian in a confused look. Pizza was not that good. Please train your staff, it’s obvious the people working the night of the 19th had little to no training

Apparently I can't give a 0 rating. Stop wasting customers time. Get off the Too good to go app. I purchased food. Went to pick it up and they said it was cancelled. So no food ready. Had to get a refund.
