Mucho Burrito - Ottawa

Fast service with good selection of fresh food. I liked that you can build you burrito the way you like it. Prices are fair but portion are huge. I could barely finish a small burrito. Nice sitting area with lots of windows.

Service was terrible, no interest in listening to customer. Take it or lesve, so I left it. never go back.

At Mucho Burrito you stand in line and give your order starting at one point and moving along the line like you do at Subway. We had ten to go orders and it was very busy there but they managed to accommodate us. One person who works there seems quite miserable. She doesn't smile and seemed perturbed about our order but the two men who put together our orders were quite accommodating. I would suggest that you have the name of the person the order is for written put on the package once it is ready to save confusion when you get back to the people who are eating it. The food itself was delicious and satisfying. The $2.00 a piece Churros were a nice treat but not worth the price however if you want them you need to order them at the beginning of your order as it takes a few minutes to prepare them. We ended up waiting a few extra minutes after paying our bill for the Churros to be ready. A call in service for to go orders would be nice but may be difficult to do. I doubt that we will do it this way in the future but in the end everyone was happy with their food. The female server who didn't smile and looked perturbed needs to upgrade her act but I would go back there as the food was extremely good.

The service is fast and courteous. The restaurant is spotless, spacious, well lit and well decorated.The food is delicious, spicy (or not, depends on what you desire) and the quantities are quite large. I had the steak salad in a taco bowl and I had a hard time finishing it! Good quality meat, fresh guacamole and veggies, spicy beans, three different types of salsas - everything prepared and garnished the way you want it!They also have a variety of hot sauces which I recommend. Very spicy and flavorful, well worth the $8/bottle. Nothing but great things to say about this restaurant, I love it!

I've been to Burrito Gringo, barBURRITO and to Burrito Shack and this place is by far my favorite.The staff here are always super nice and the food is always fresh. I eat here at least once a week and have never had any issues with the quality of the food, nor have I had any issues with the quantity of toppings. For me, the only improvements that could be made to make me happier: have a hot sauce that is wicked !hot! and, I wish the onions and pepper mix was cooked down a little more to brown the onions.
