This location is always good. The staff are attentive and the food is consistently tasty. The Chipotle firecracker burger is my go to item. They also have a great habanero hot sauce.
Visiting from Calgary, Alberta and went here last night for dinner with an old friend. Had steak and baked potato. Found that the steak was a little less medium than I'm used to and the baked potato looked and tasted a little on the tough side like it had been reheated a few times! Overall the service was good! And yes I am a born and raised Ottawan
Great chicken sandwich, kids loved the food too, no availability for Mac and cheese which let my daughter down but the substitution she got she enjoyed. Fries came out cold but overall great food and our server Ben was great.Parking: Parking on premisesKid-friendliness: Lots of kids options
We ate July 26 around 6:20 pm. Excellent service with server Meghan. Chicken taco could have been warmer and iceberg lettuce had a funny taste to it. Leaf lettuce or Romaine would be a better topper. Crispy chicken sandwich was meaty and delicious. Fries fresh and crisp. Nice atmosphere.
Not worth time, money, or effort. Rude, inappropriate, and horrible experiences multiple times.
