While some customers praise its modern decor and spacious upstairs seating, others complain of dirty facilities, slow service, and rude employees. Overall, the restaurant is described as busy, but efficient during less crowded times. Despite some shortcomings with cleanliness and customer service, it remains a popular spot for a quick meal or a quiet break from the bustling city streets.
Overall, not a bad restaurant. The service is usually very fast, even during busy times. However, the place is too crowded and they often don't provide trays or ask if you're dining in or taking out. The straw and ketchup station is small and inconveniently placed. There's no paper towels for drying hands, so you have to touch the handle before eating. There is seating available upstairs, so it's easy to find a place to sit.
McDonald's, what can I really say? This is the third time I've seen it go through a transformation. The seating is reduced, the colors are more serious, but the food is the same as always. It's nothing surprising.
A typical corporate McDonald’s in terms of food and look. However, I will say that when it comes to downtown McDonald’s this one is one of the better ones. It’s clean, has seating, and has fairly quick service. It’s also one of the cleaner ones.If you want McDonald’s downtown go to this one.
Every Uber order I’ve got from this location has had missing/wrong items or incredibly inedible food and stone cold.Tonight I received my Uber order missing two burgers and wrong items on the item that they actually bothered to put in the bag. I walked to the location to get my food that was paid for and I’ve never received worse service in my life.The older lady working gave horrible service with a bad attitude. My order was a quarter pounder with no onions (as I’m allergic). When I brought the burger back to the restaurant, the lady inspected it and told me to “stop being dramatic” since she thought it was lettuce. After waiting 25 minutes outside for them to re make my food, once it was finished the lady then said I was not going to get the sprite that I bought with my order because “I had consumed it already” even though the drink was barely touched and still full.I left without my drink, only to get home and see my food incredibly overcooked and burnt. At this point this location will never get my money again. Mistakes are one thing, extremely poor customer service is another.
Service is poor to say the least not enough staff behind the counter. Plus observing the clientele, woukd describe them as this is there go to restaurant. Everybody to their own.
