I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was busy but had a pleasant atmosphere. There was some seating available if you arrived early enough. The croissants were fresh and delicious, offering a taste of French goodness. The brownies were exceptional and the granola was tasty. Overall, there was a wide variety of bakery items to choose from. The staff were friendly and it was a great spot to dine. View all feedback.

The restaurant offers delicious items, but I would not recommend purchasing gift cards. I tried to buy a gift card for a friend, but the process was much more complicated than expected. The server I initially asked for help had to call two other employees for assistance. It turns out they only had used gift cards that they were reusing. They tried to add $20 onto a used gift card that already had some money on it, resulting in me receiving a gift card with a little over $20 and no gift card cover. It didn't look good to give a used, smudged gift card with the CVC sticker scratched off to my friend. When I brought this up, another server offered to find a gift card cover and brought out several covers. However, she explained that she would have to search through all the used gift cards to find one with no remaining balance. I didn't have time to wait, so I left without purchasing the gift card. I would have expected a reputable establishment like Mamie Clafoutis to have new gift cards with covers readily available to avoid such a long and inconvenient process for customers.
