Wow! I was in Ottawa and had food at Flavours Of Kerala. I am from Winnipeg and before I had said the trip to Ottawa some of my friends that I must try to flavor Kerala. The old guy(may be owner) is an ___ who is so rude to customers and he don’t have patience to speak properly. Food is more worst than that. Being Indian I can confidently say this is worst and disgusting restaurant. I have literally seen cockroach in his food and he smiles and says that’s by mistake. Ordering four 16oz meals for $100 does not come with rice or Naan bread. Recieved Styrofoam soup bowls with sauce and meat that did not survive delivery and couldn't be eaten.
We travelled from Montreal searching for a Kerala restaurant but to our disappointment the website was misrepresented and said it was open. You guys need to manage it better guys.
Food is a bit pricey but very fresh! Highly recommend this place.
The most delicious Butter Chicken I've ever had. The Naan bread is superior than any other location too! My boyfriend introduced me to this location and we now drive across town for it : Highly recommend!!
