Very busy in a Sunday morning but we were seated right away. Staff work here seemed to be very cheerfully and gave us great customer service.Egg Benedict is definitely one of the best options that comes with with fresh fruit. Don't forget to help yourself with a free fudge on the way out. View all feedback.
What Alisa Predovic doesn't like about Cora Breakfast & Lunch:
We went in with high expectations for lunch based on our previous experiences for breakfast and lunch at other Cora locations. Ordered their lunch combo special. Quality and taste fell well below standards we expected from Cora's. Service was good. It's a franchise and the quality is dependent on the operator so don't judge all Cora locations by this one. Beef vegetable soup was thin and salty and left us wondering "... View all feedback.
We went on a weekday and it was delicious. Service was great. It's packed and full of kids on the weekend so I recommend weekdays unless that's your thing, in which case, party on! No soy. Some GF options though.

Drove here this morning with a friend instead of the closer Kanata location to me because it had much better reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious, well-presented, and arrived promptly. Although it was busy, our server Chelsea was very attentive and really friendly. We will definitely be returning here again soon! Thanks again Chelsea!

Beef vegetable soup was thin and salty and left us wondering "where's the beef?". Couldn't eat the salad; dressing was awful and lettuce was on the old wilted side. Best thing about the hot chicken sandwich was the gravy which was probably from a can. Apple pie is not like any apple pie I have every eaten; not immediately recognizable as apple pie and is not something I would order again. Maybe they make apple pies different in Ottawa?
Cora's is the Perfect spot for breakfast. I always enjoy their fresh fruits and omelettes. I love that they have gluten free options. Try their healthy Gigi omelette as it's made with egg whites. This is one of the more spacious restaurant and so you don't feel " packed in" as with the other locations. We arrived around 1pm on a Sunday and there wasn't a long lineup.
