I just started going to that location and have to admit some of the staff are really nice.But not sure why when I ask to have extra on the side cream/sweetener it's a bit hard and most of the timhorten View all feedback.
What Danushka Basnayaka doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
We ordered a some hot drinks and a loaded bowl to go. Got the drinks fast, but had to wait 20+ minutes to get the loaded bowl (where other locations would have taken 5 minutes max) while my wife and the 6 months old baby waiting in the car in freezing weather. I have been going to this location for about 18 years. This morning I pulled up and asked for a decaf. I was told that they are not serving decaf at this location today. When I pulled passed the window, I stopped and was told again that they are not serving decaf and to move along, as they are busy, if there was nothing else I wanted. I was the only person in the drive through. I told LOVESHY (NAme of Rep) that I go there everyday and always treat them restpectfully. He said he was being respectful and if there was nothing else I wanted to get going because they are in a hurry, so I left. I would have expected, so we ran out of decaf, Are you willing to wait for us to brew a pot. I have in the past re circled around, not to hold anyone up, but this was not even considered. No decaf coffe at a coffee shop. LOVESHY was like ya non what do you want from me. I said the same respect I have given you and your collegues everyday for many years. He's obviously been trained to appreciate speed more that customer service or common decency. Hurtful, buying a coffee maker! lol
Don't bother going inside because you'll get ignored. Even if the drive through is packed, you'll be served faster there
I've always liked Timmy's, but this morning's breakfast was a little different with chunky chocolate milk. That being said, my friend spilled his drink on the floor, and they were quick to clean up and give him a new drink.
I ordered turkey melt on this location but it is not the way I remembered how it is supposed to be. The turkey meat is not fresh anymore, and I think even the bread or maybe they didn’t grill the cheese and bread properly. We also ordered chicken soup in this location, there are more chicken pieces than soup and noodles. The staff should pay more attention in the quality of food they are serving. They should always think that the food they are preparing is for their loved ones or even for themselves.
Bad quality sandwich, soup, and coffee. Throughout my coffee and went to a&w for a coffee. Tim’s went downhill
