Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Last week, I was in the area so I stopped in to get a coffee and when I walked-in, I was shocked at what I saw. The place was so dirty,, it was disgusting. It looked as if it hasn’t been cleared for a month. The floor was filthy with garbage everywhere I look, the casing where they keep the baked goods was dusty and full of stains. I turned around to look out, I could barely see outside the windows were so dirty and to top it all, some of the employees handling food weren’t wearing gloves. I was hesitating to take my coffee and had to take a wipe when I got to my car and clean the lid. Really, really disgusting. I’ll never set a foot in there again.

Filthy disgusting. Just look at the picture. Sorry I sound rude, but this is the dirtiest Timmy I 've seen so far. Wish i had taken more photos.There is no urge to serve customers at all, either. The lady shouts the order to the other people, and they say, I 'm busy. They laugh, and you wait. Starbucks it is from now on.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons. The amount of issues I have experienced here is an email to head office level.All I can say is if you come here, get a receipt and check your banking.

Super busy staff want to know what they are doing but mess up orders slot

Ordered from the touch screen checkout this morning and watched and then screwed up 3-4 people’s orders. I was given someone else’s order. 3 different servers behind the counter and two of them didn’t know what was going on.
