What henry michovic doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Poor management of staff, slow service and bad food/drink.Staff seemed confused and there were several staff who didn't know where to be. There should be an assembly line with a dedicated person for each station to maintain efficiency. It looked like each staff was taking an order, doing it and then rotating causing a bottleneck in service times.Food was overcooked on one side and hard while other side was uncooked.... The ONLY Tim Hortons who always makes my iced coffee perfect every time. The staff here is great. Management knows what they're doing. For an incredibly busy location they do a fantastic job. Any other timmies cannot compare thankful to have it near View all feedback.

Waited 15 minutes in line, as only person taking orders and worse coffee. Had a dark roast and had no flavor never had such weak coffee..
