Tim Hortons - Ottawa

One of the slower Tim’s around, usually some sort of mess up on your order (get the wrong thing, order a dd get a regular or tt or your food is not what you ordered), stale half the time. Ordered a large tt and 10 assorted timbits got a dd and 9 plain timbits

Drive through window told me that they had no TimBits, but when I went inside, there were plenty of TimBits. Just too lazy to fill a TimBit order?Ordered egg sandwich on a biscuit and got an egg sandwich on a muffin. Not what I ordered and when I asked they said they were out of biscuits but never bothered to tell me when I ordered.Asked them to make me another sandwich as the first one was cold and not toasted. They pretended to make a new one and handed me a supposedly new sandwich.When I opened the wrapper it was the original one I had taken a bite out of!!!Since when is ok to take back eaten food, rewrap in the kitchen and hand back to customer???

I only stick to coffee now. The food is t the greatest. Pretty much made different everytime I’ve ordered!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the steak and egg sandwich served by Khushwinder and Prabhat, and I must say it was absolutely amazing! Not only was the sandwich cooked to perfection, but the service provided by Khushwinder and Prabhat was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers truly made a difference. Based on this exceptional service and the delicious sandwich, I highly recommend that Khushwinder and Prabhat be considered for a raise. They have certainly earned it!

Just went through the drive thru at approx 10:30 a.m on Oct 22, 2023 the steeped tea was lukewarm, the hot chocolate was basically brown cold water, and the old fashioned plain Tim bits were stale. I understand that sometimes things happen but 3 for 3? Definitely won’t be returning there.
