Take Another Bite - Feedback

What Brandon Northwood doesn't like about Take Another Bite:
I am not sure why the Colonnade location bothers to turn on the “open” sign. You arrive and there is no one at the counter. They have a call bell but you could ring it for dear life and no one will acknowledge you. You see a number of them working in the background but don't expect anyone to look up or even acknowledge you. This cafe was recommended by the salesperson in next door. So despite the google review I still gave it a shot, I’m glad I did. Since they offered so many different stuff. It’s hard to make decisions right away. The staff was friendly and shared with me what they offered. At the end I tried a sweet and salty cookie and it was wonderful.
