Subway - Ottawa

Ordered online from here, they didn't put any sauce which I added in the order. It was dry and not good neither roasted. Disappointed with the service. They should really check their staff behaviour and train them.

No complaints. Food is in line with the general quality of subway sandwiches. Location is small, but very conveniently close to the Goodlife, Shopper's and Starbucks. I always get a lot of veggies on any of the subs I order, and they seem to be relatively fresh no issues here.

We were just ordered in this location. The lady which was working was very unrespectfull and rush through everything despite the fact that she didn’t have any other customers besides us. Would not come back there anymore.

Awful, just awful. Rude staff and they put barely any toppings on my sub. They only put 4 cucumbers on my sub. While reading some other reviews it seems many people including myself have had the same issues with this one lady who seems to be in charge. She is very rude to customers and co-workers, she rushes people and overall makes everyone feel awful. Even after all the rude behavior and rationed vegetables they still ask for a 10-20% tip!? Ridiculous. Please be warned, choose a different location or go to the pita pit next to it.
