What RobM doesn't like about Kfc:
Awful customer service. The people working the cash are extremely hard to understand. They have to constantly ask the large woman in the kitchen if they have certain items in stock but she refuses to answer the cashier until she is done making all the delivery orders. I had to wait an awkward 5 minutes for her to take 2 seconds to check that they have spicy chicken strips. The cashier just folded his arms the whole t... View all feedback.
