What Hassan Shahid doesn't like about Edo Japan:
Use to enjoy going here a few years ago, nice staff and atmosphere is fine. However, the food here is just not it at all, barely any flavor with the chicken teryaki and rice that I had and even with teryaki sauce it still didn't taste good. First time at this fast food sushi place. It is a welcome break from burgers and pizza. Service at counter was prompt. I got the Oceani platter. Rice was fresh. Fish was very thin. No cup to mix soy sauce and wasabi so just used lid.ingredients looked fresh. Place was immaculate. Will try other offerings other than sushi but place has promise. Placed an order of over $100 using Uber, one item was missing, the other two had human hair in it. Called them and the manager or owner said bring the food back...

Food is not bad very expensive for what you get. Overly salty but the food is good. It's pretty decent better than asian places for fast food
