Butterlins - Feedback

What Helfried Ullrich doesn't like about Butterlins:
I had reserved a table for dinner two weeks in advance to celebrate an event. On the basis of a carpanne it was foreseeable that we will be delayed by about 30 minutes. I called in the restaurant before and told my delay. When we arrived 30 minutes later as reserved, the table was forgiven and we wanted to put ourselves to an already occupied table, which we rejected. Excellent, very nice service, had to wait almost an hour for food but that was worth it. The cook personally apologised to us and said that he was standing alone in the kitchen, but eat top again. View all feedback.
