What was supposed to... read more The only local Subway no longer accepts the coupons that are sent out in the mail. They don’t inform you of this until your order is ready. What was supposed to be a $17 meal ended up costing $50, and they still expect a tip. I will not be returning here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

An older gentleman who came in after us actually called them on it, but the ringleader didn’t care. She didn’t even bat an eye. It was obvious she was bullying the other girl into whatever scam she’s pulling. I have been a loyal Subway patron for years because the food was consistently fresh and of a certain quality, regardless of the quality of service, no matter the location they were in. The food was definitely fresh and editable. But this is the first time I felt it necessary to say anything about the service because I found this particular racket unacceptable and possibly abusive.

The management is lacking, and many tasks only get done if you take the initiative, as the manager often leaves. I do eat there, but I always ensure that my food is freshly made rather than sitting out. If you saw what the manager posted, just know that my experience is different. The atmosphere is quite negative; employees aren't acknowledged for their efforts and only hear about the things they didn't accomplish. Many areas aren't cleaned or maintained properly.

Subway at one point was a pretty decent place to get a good sandwich and friendly employees , but today was a completely different experience! Subway has advertised if you use their app you can buy one and get one free. My sister (who is on a fixed income, received a gift card and wanted to stop. I told her about the order on app deal and even went into the store to make sure the deal was still on. The employee assured me that they do and also except coupons you receive in mail! Well after 20 minutes of trying to download their app we were told they don 't do that offer! NOT ALL SUBWAYS do! I was shocked that not only did the employee say they did, they even have a sticker on the door ! No more Subway for us !!!!

O... read more I'm giving this location a 3 because they don't take coupons. The young women who were working did not know why they don't take coupons, just that they don't. Other than that, my sandwich was fine and the restaurant was clean and tidy and my table had a nice view of Mt. Rainier.
