I used to really enjoy their iced salted caramel macchiato—it was my favorite drink. Unfortunately, since Covid, my taste preferences have changed, and I no longer find it appealing. It's quite disappointing! On a positive note, the staff at this location are consistently friendly and make fantastic drinks. I would still recommend this place, giving it a solid 10/10. This place used to be fantastic. The staff who worked here before were wonderful—friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. Typically, I enjoy the coffee here, as I buy it almost daily. However, I visited this morning at 6:30 and ordered a black and white coffee, and it was honestly the worst coffee I've ever had. To top it off, they charged me $8.05 for it, which is much higher than what I usually pay.

I gave this restaurant 3 stars because the women who work there are very kind, helpful, and understanding. Without them, I would only give it 1 star. However, I have had issues with their rewards program - my points have been removed and the system is down 99.9% of the time. It's frustrating to be unable to use my rewards when the system is constantly down. Their customer loyalty program needs improvement as there is no real benefit to being a loyal customer; it feels more like a punishment. I would not have written this review if it was just a few times, but it seems to happen every time I visit the restaurant.
Went there last weekend for the first time and it is by far one of the best coffees I have ever had. I usually frequent small, local coffee shops as opposed to SB purposely as I believe strongly in supporting small and local. I would also like to mention I have been a coffee drinker for many years and appreciate a good tasting cup of java. I can't wait to go there again and look forward to trying some of the other drinks i noticed on their menu which by the way looked very appealing. Yum yum yum.
Amazing service here! These Ladies are on top of it. I believe her name is Rylee that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful on helping me decide what to drink. One of the best drinks I've had yet. I will definitely back. Once again GREAT JOB!!!
I'm a local who just moved here in Feb of 2020 and was recommend to try the coffee stand from my husband. So we tried a few things to find our liking's. Good thing we did because we absolutely love this location. We came almost everyday if not everyday then it's every few days. Please keep it up guys. I really enjoy coming and getting coffee here. We stopped going to starbucks which use to be our go two. Even when ordering throw grubhub they always make my drinks correct.

I went to gravity coffee in Fredrickson, They were very friendly lots of smiles they made my two drinks perfectly and I will for sure be going back
I was a long time Starbucks person until I discovered gravity coffee. It’s so good. I’m never going back lol
The baristas provide exceptional customer service every time I visit. Whenever I have a pregnancy craving for a specific drink that's not on the menu, they always go out of their way to make exactly what I desire.
I absolutely adore all the baristas at this place. They are always so kind and friendly, complimenting what I'm wearing and engaging in conversation. I really enjoy the atmosphere here.
I have been a customer since this stand opened and have generally been pleased with the service and friendliness. However, today I was quite disappointed. A server attended to the first line right away, and those customers were quickly served and sent on their way. Meanwhile, the second line was almost completely ignored. I waited 15 minutes behind a customer in front of me, and then another 5 minutes just to get my coffee. The people at the first window were blocking the entrance to the Safeway lounge, while it seemed many customers in the second line could have been served if the staff had been more attentive.
