What Grace doesn't like about Starbucks:
Inefficient staff, four staff working, only one in the cash. The line up was long. The staff was chatty to one of the customer that appears she knew. When it’s my turn to be serve, she left the cash and say she will be back while the line up was getting longer.I left, I don’t have anymore time to waste. I have an appointment to go to. Where to start… staff, cleanliness, variety on inventory. All of the above!!! Super shoutout to Jem the manager, one of the few amazing staff members managers.
