Dairy Queen - Orleans

Counter person was very pleasant. problem was fries in poutine was cold. Had to go to the washroom. toilet paper was empty. there was a jar beside the toilet with something in it (cigarette/joint) style. could not wash my hands because there was no soap. Stood at counter approx 2 minutes and no one came to see what I wanted. young girl was busy with customer and the other two were on back and did notice I was standing there. I got fed up and left. I don't usually write reviews but the bathroom was disgusting and no one acknowledged I was there or called someone from the back to serve me .

This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever witnessed and I use to work for this company the level of incompetence on the night shift is unbelievable and very concerning this must be ran by children because there’s no common sense on how to complete an order ensuring all the food is hot, or even making a freakin blizzard can’t be made right don’t come to this location especially if you collect points they don’t scan nor does it add to your point accumulation

A blonde girl was being very rude to the person who was with me and even turned around and made fun of this person. The establishment isn't really clean and the bathroom always smell.

I went to Dairy Queen on a week day and there was en employee there that I have seen before his name is Kevin every single time I see him he goes way above and way beyond to make my meal that much better I don’t know what job he has right now but he definitely deserves a raise or even a promotion he definitely made my day so much better thank you Kevin
