We have been loyal customers at this location for so many years and never had an issue or a problem. Today thanksgiving day, we went in and my mom ordered the same as always a chocolate mousse with fudge sauce. She always asks for extra fudge and that was never an issue in the pass 5 years. Today ask she asked for extra fudge they told her no they can?t do that and that it?s because she pays for only a specific amount. Very disappointed today with. The staff..

Went there Wednesday another lady and her child in line and another lady picking up her cake. The cake lady demanded her 10 dollar discount, the employees showed her that she got it. The lady demanded to speak to manager, manager said the same thing. Lady took phone through it at the employees and broke the phone the lady with her child asked the lady to calm down the lady buying the cake around 40 years old screamed ?f k you? the child was scared and so was my daughter. Cake lady left. The cake lady said she is writing a bad review. That?s why I?m posting this to let u know she was ?can?t say the word?. Great place, great employees, great ice cream :

Went this evening for my birthday. My server and ice cream was fantastic but the owner or manager Nat was extremely rude with her employees when the young girl server) was simply trying to help me. I feel sorry for anyone working there. For this reason alone I won't be returning. Have some respect for your employees who actually show up to work especially during a pandemic.

This location does not serve clients in an orderly fashion. While I was there with my kids, people were being served in front of us. Terrible service for a BR. We'll never go back to this location again.

Good ice cream, and many ice cream choices. I don't go often as I find it expensive. Really though, the prices are on par with every other ice cream store. The owner or Manager was there the day I went. She was friendly and really helpful to help me decide what I wanted to order.
