And our darling waitress was absolutely amazing she was on top of it always asking if we were okay andimmediately taken care of our needs thank you so much for an amazing night.

The dish was inc... read more They have new skillets at Applebee?s. I tried the grilled chicken with shrimp scampi on top of mashed potatoes with a side of grilled broccoli. The dish was incredible. I know I wasn?t that hungry so the food must?ve been great because I finish the wholeplate! ???? I think they have a good chef there on Thursday nights. Also, Morgan, one of the waiters at the bar, was veryattentive and hooked me up with whatever I needed. ???? The Bluemoon (tap beer) tasted very fresh. John, the manager, is veryfriendly and likes to have a good time at the restaurant. Him and Morgan, along with the rest of the staff, make the customersfeel very welcomed like you were at home. I really enjoy being there. I highly recommend this place if you?re in the Provo/Oremarea. Keep up the good work guys!

All of them from the host to our waitress and other staff members walkingaround. Our waited waitress was Mariella Martinez and she was so caring and friendly. They got the member of our group somecrackers and a bread stick quickly to help with her sugar low and a sprite. Plus on top of that we ordered hamburgers that wereabsolutely delicious. But thank you so much for the hospitality and quick attention.

We had a little problem with our order that made it very late to receive the food. the local manager came to apologize and offered us an appetizer anddessert. Managers like this really understand the business of customer service. I will definitely return to this place, notbecause they gave us something for free, but because they care about the customer experience. before leaving I approached John,the manager, to congratulate him. Applebees, never ever loose John. He is great!!!!!

However, I come in every week to eat here late evenings and I sincerely love John the manager.He's always positive and makes us feel welcome. John will go out of his way to check up on you and will always do whatever ittakes to make sure you're a satisfied guest. Service aside... The food is pretty good for the price and I love their happy hourspecials!
